2. Using the knowledge that you have gained over the past few days describe Asperger's Syndrome in as few words as possible.

You have less time today, so work quickly.

Day Twenty-Nine (10/26)

Happy rainy morning,

I hope everyone had a great night last evening and completed their homework - remember three links or resources around Asperger's Syndrome.  As we continue reading Curious Incident today my questions for you - and it is something that we have looked at before - are this:

1. What is individual identity?
Describe to me what it looks like, why it is important, etc.

2. Why is individual identity important?
Describe what the world would look like if we didn't have individual identity, etc.

That's all folks.  Please put this in your English 9 Journal Pages document.

Do NOT drop this when you are finished.  Thanks!

Day Twenty-Eight (10/25)

Mr. and Mrs. Ruggles
Good morning English 9 Students,

I hope that your MEA Break was restful and relaxing and that everything went well during the five days that I was gone.  I had a lot of fun getting married and going on my honeymoon, check out the picture on the right, but now it's back to business as usual.

For pretty much the rest of the year we will be doing daily journal entries at the beginning of every class period.  Your role is to come in, get seated, open your MacBook, get onto this blog and look for the question of the day.  It will be labeled with the day number we are on and the date.  Then open up your Pages document where you will be saving all these entries, title today's post, and start writing your response.

Normally you will not have this many questions or this much time to reflect, but today I really want you to spend some quality time getting back into it after your long break, thinking, and reflecting.

Questions to answer today:
1.) Please describe the events for me of last Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in class and on your field trip
2.) Please explain to me eight things that you learned over these last five school days.
3.) What fun things did you do over MEA?
4.) Any questions about my wedding?
5.) Any questions about English 9 moving forward...End of the Quarter in 10 school days

Please save your Pages Document as:          English9_LastName_Journal

Enjoy writing...please have fun...we will talk in a bit.
